Show or hide tags and annotations To show all tags on all assets in a project Do one of the following: Choose Display > Show Tags so a checkmark appears beside Show Tags. Choose Edit > Preferences to open the Preferences window, click the Info Display tab, and turn on Show tags. To hide all tags on all assets in a project Do one of the following: Choose Display > Show Tags so a checkmark does not appear beside Show Tags. Choose Edit > Preferences to open the Preferences window, click the Info Display tab, and turn off Show tags. To show all annotations on all images in a project Do one of the following: Choose Display > Show Annotations so a checkmark appears beside Show Annotations. Choose Edit > Preferences to open the Preferences window, click the Info Display tab, and turn on Show annotations. If an individual image has its annotations hidden (see To hide annotations on an individual image), then they will remain hidden even if you show all annotations for all images in a project. To hide annotations on an individual image In full screen view, drag northeast to display the annotation buttons and click the Open Eye button so it becomes a closed eye.
