Arrange thumbnails within tabs To select thumbnails Do any of the following: To add or remove a thumbnail from the selection, press the Ctrl key and click the thumbnail. To move thumbnails Drag the thumbnail (or a group of selected thumbnails) to another position within the project tab or onto another project tab's name. To copy thumbnails Do one of the following: Hold down the Ctrl key and drag the thumbnail (or a group of selected thumbnails) onto another project tab's name. First click the Compare tab and drag the thumbnail (or a group of selected thumbnails) to a comparison block. Then either drag the thumbnail from the comparison block onto another project tab's name, or click another project tab's name and drag the thumbnail from the comparison block into a specific position within the project tab. You cannot copy a thumbnail within its own project tab. To delete thumbnails Drag the thumbnail onto the Trash button and click OK. Arranging thumbnails within tabs You can organize thumbnails within tabs by moving them within a tab or moving or copying them from one tab to another. You can also delete thumbnails from a project. If you are running PortfolioWall on the same file system as the project's root folder, and you delete a thumbnail, PortfolioWall removes the asset from the project (and from the root folder's subdirectory) and sends it to the Windows Recycle bin. If you are running PortfolioWall on another file system (for example, you are viewing the project across a network) and you delete a thumbnail, PortfolioWall permanently removes the asset from the project (and from the root folder's subdirectory).
